The final size developed is adequate for 16-page contracts or less, larger contracts will require a larger margin for readability. The only other option(on size reduction from 8.5 X 11) is to create a Word document at a size of 5.5 X 8.5, thus reducing the "% of reduction".

| 5 | Graphics Changes The final presentation was at 4.25 X 6.625, with Margins at 1/8 to 1/4 for maximum readability. The Paper provided is at 100# text for the cover and with 80# for the contents. The time is based on the time needed to resize every page, clean up and crop bad scans and the production of several prototypes before the creation of the final.
